Some of the Course sessions were recorded between 2020 and 2022 before I entered the ATA, Aquarian Training Academy, so the tuning in with the Adi Mantra was done the old way, like they do in the Española ashram today where I also lived for three years. Also, some of these videos were recorded before Yogi Bhajan’s allegations of sexual and power abuse.

ENGLISH VERSION __ Basic Kundalini Yoga Sets & Breathwork
This four-week course will show basic sets for beginner students and the breath types used in Kundalini Yoga. It explains the Ida and Pingala meridian channels and the technology of Kundalini rising and awakening through the spine and by chanting mantras. It shows the mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO.
ENGLISH VERSION __ Healing Ancestral Fears with Womb Medicine, Divine Feminine Grace & Empowerment, Series 1.
The modules in this course delineate a path to reclaim a woman’s wounded self-esteem, and every woman’s joy and birthright to be noble and divine. It runs for six weeks or 40 days, and it invites you to a 40-day challenge with the Kirtan Kriya Meditation. Each week has instructions for a Kundalini Yoga set and a Kundalini Yoga meditation.
ENGLISH VERSION __ Healing Ancestral Fears with Womb Medicine, Divine Feminine Grace & Empowerment, Series 2
In this four-week course, we'll continue to deepen the work with trauma, shadow, and ancestral fears, as well as discover the medicine or gift behind them. Once we heal ourselves, we are ready to heal others, including our female family lineage, and past and future generations.
ENGLISH VERSION __ Yoga and Inclusivity: The One and The Many.
This four-week course teaches how to become an Ally in the Yoga and Meditation world to all diversities for liberation and praxis. It promotes dialogue to understand our common humanity in any given spiritual path, and gives you tools and skills to practice virtues of awareness, unconditional love, and self-mastery. It addresses topics that may be difficult or messy to discuss when it comes to cultural and racial differences, entitlement, privilege, white fragility, and racial belonging. It teaches kriyas and meditations in the Kundalini Yoga tradition to promote tolerance, compassion, and acceptance.
ENGLISH VERSION __ Therapeutic Writing & Healing with Goddess Qualities (Divine Feminine Grace & Empowerment, Series 1)
This six-week course gives instructions on how to journal and develop therapeutic writing exercises inspired on the virtues of Goddess archetypes (Tara, Kali-Ma, Isis, Innana-Ishtar, Oshun, and Selket). It can be practiced alongside Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Sets from the Series Divine Feminine Grace and Empowerment, Series 1. It takes a deep dive for you to face your shadow and change the habits that no longer serve you. It also provides reflection questions for you to journal and positive affirmations.

This six-week course provides instructions for journaling, guiding you in a therapeutic reflection on personality defects and boundaries based on the divine feminine qualities of Isis, Selket, Oshun, and Tara. It gives you examples for healing your "shadow" or what we generally don't see about ourselves, and replacing these thoughts with positive affirmations to change negative habits and patterns that no longer serve us. It also gives instructions for focusing your energy on a healthy, harmonious life of well-being and abundance, emphasizing the feminine aspects of our Real Inner Self or individual divine consciousness. (Complement this series with the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation exercises that deal with this same topic).
ENGLISH VERSION __ Aquarian Sadhana: Cultivating a Daily Spiritual Practice with Prayer, Yoga and Chanting
This course shows live examples of Aquarian Sadhana or Daily Practice in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, including the Japji recitation, a yoga morning set, and one hour of chanting: Long Ek Ong Kar, Wa Yantee, Mul Mantra, Sat Siri Akal, Rakhe Rakhan Har, Wahe Guru, and Guru Ram Das.
