Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SoulHeartYoga Academy, we are committed to creating a respectful, intentional, and supportive environment for all students participating in our online courses, programs, trainings, events, and retreats.
 

By registering, subscribing, or making a payment for any SoulHeartYoga Academy offering, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. Thoughtful Commitment Before Registration

We encourage every student to carefully review the course, program, training, event, or retreat details before making a payment.

Please make your decision thoughtfully and ensure that the offering, schedule, financial commitment, and personal circumstances are suitable for you before subscribing or registering.

Once you complete your registration and payment, we consider your place and participation to be a committed reservation.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to reserve a place in any training, program, event, retreat, or other SoulHeartYoga Academy offering are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

The deposit secures your place and may be used by the Academy for preparation, administration, scheduling, materials, faculty arrangements, venue commitments, and other organizational expenses.

3. Cancellation Policy

For trainings, programs, events, and retreats:
 

No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted within two (2) weeks of the official start date.
 

Any cancellation request made within the two-week period immediately preceding the start of the training, program, event, or retreat will result in the forfeiture of payments made, including the deposit.

Before subscribing to any online course, program, or training, students are responsible for ensuring that they have considered their availability, commitment, financial circumstances, and ability to participate.
 

Please make your decision before subscribing. Payments for digital courses, online programs, and accessed educational content are non-refundable once enrollment or access has been provided.

Refunds will not be provided simply because a participant:
 

  • Changes their mind after registration

  • Changes their personal plans

  • Becomes unavailable to attend

  • Has a scheduling conflict

  • Decides that the program is no longer suitable for them

  • Chooses not to participate after purchasing or registering
     

We strongly encourage students to ask any questions and review all available information before making their payment.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

SoulHeartYoga Academy understands that unexpected situations can occur. Any exception to this policy, where applicable, is entirely at the discretion of the Academy and must be approved in writing.
 

An exception is not guaranteed and does not establish an obligation to provide a refund in similar circumstances.

7. Acceptance of This Policy

By making a payment, subscribing, registering, or reserving a place with SoulHeartYoga Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
