What a spectacular retreat by the coast of Fajardo, practicing Kundalini yoga and meditation together. After teaching in different venues in the island, Atma Chanan, in collaboration with BodiVital, coordinated a beautiful stay by the Yunque and ocean breeze. The group immersed deeply in Kriyas, mantras, morning sadhana, a trip to the yunque river for Ishnaan, and a closing Red rose ceremony with a Circle of No Shame. We had an invited guest, Preet Khalsa, from Yoga Arecibo.
