Kundalini Yoga Classes & Summer Women’s Solstice Event at the Healing House and Hacienda Yoga Studio, New Mexico.
What a delight to teach in this beautiful outdoor setting and at the yoga studio of the Kundalini Yoga ashram in New Mexico. Kriyas worked well for beginners and advanced students who were passionate about the technology of ancient yogis and yoguinis. Some were interested in Kundalini awakening and finding peace within, others in healing techniques and others in the Adi Shakti, the feminine force of all Creation.
